One of Audi's most renowned models since 1994 is the A4 series, which is made in the D segment. The station wagon, sedan, and convertible (cabriolet) are now available, as well as more powerful variants like the RS4. 🚨Note: All the ECUs used in the Audi A4 can be “Read & Write” through OBD in the KESS Programmer.

✅Petrol Engines:

1) The ALT MPFI injection system with Bosch ME7.5.5 ECU is connected through an OBD port and 39 micro protocol for petrol engines with BFB code.

2) The fuel system injection (FSI) with Bosch MED9.1.5 ASI is used by the OBD port and the 93 micro protocol on petrol engines with codes BUL, BPG, and BWE.

3) Use the 253 micro protocol through OBD port for V6 3200cc engines with AUK code and Fuel Injection System (FIS) with Siemens Simos 6.2/6.3 ECU.

4) Use OBD port and 196 micro protocol for 4200 V8 engine with BNS code and Fuel Injection System (FIS) with Bosch MED9.1.1 ECU.

✅Diesel Engines:

1) ECU EDC16U31/34, OBD port, and 64 micro protocol are utilized with 1900cc engine with BKE code and 2000cc engine with BLB code.

2) 2000cc engine with BRD code, Siemens PPD1xx ECU, read and burn ECU file from OBD port and 109 micro protocol.

3) Bosch EDC15VM+ ECU protocol 11 is used to run a V6 engine with a displacement of 2500cc and a BDG code.

4) V6 engine with 2700cc volume and code BPP; V6 engine with 3000 cc volume and code BNK is done with EDC16U31/34 ECU; V6 engine with 3000cc volume and ASB code is performed with Bosch EDC16CP34 ECU from micro 64 protocol.

💬DIM SPORT Genius Programmer:

✅Petrol Engines:

1) Only petrol engines with fuel system injection are supported by the DIM programmer. As a result, petrol engines use the Bosch MED9.1 ECU, which uses the Flash 0091 protocol.

2) Use protocol 0145 for protocol 4200 V8 model RS4 with BNS code.

✅Diesel Engines:

1) For 1.9 TDI and 2.0 8v engines with EDC16U31/ 34 ECU, protocol 0072 is utilized.

2) Protocol 0123 is compatible with the Siemens PPD1 ECU in 2.0 TDI engines that have the BRD code.

3) Protocol 0073, which is compatible with EDC16U31/ 34 ECUs for 2.7 and 3.0L engines, as well as EDC16CP34 ECUs for 3.0L engines with ASB code.

💬Auto Tuner programmer:

This programmer can read and write data for a limited number of petrol and diesel engines (except for the latter).

1) MPC 564 module: Compatible with all 6-cylinder diesel engines, including the 1.9 TDI BKE.

2) MPC 556 module: Which is found in the 2.0 TDi BRD diesel engine.

3) MPC 562 module: Which is found in the BNS 8-cylinder petrol engine.

4) MPC564  module: Utilized in the BNS 8-cylinder petrol engine; this model's ECU reading will be done on the bench.
